1. Dr.Suryakumar N Khanai and Dr. S R Bharmanaikar have published a research paper entitled “Effect of ISO 9001 Standard on Organizational Performance” in Abhigyan – Quest for Excellence, published by Fore School of Management New Delhi, Volume 36 – Issue 4, Page No. 47 – 56, March 2019
2. Dr.Suryakumar N Khanai has published a research paper entitled “The Effect of TQM on Organizational Performance in Manufacturing Organizations” in RVIM Journal of Management Research published by R V Institute of Management, Bengaluru, Vol. 12 – Issue 1, Page No. 32 – 38, May 2020
3. Dr Suryakumar N Khanai has published a research paper entitled “Relationship between Top Management Commitment and Organizational Performance in ISO 9001 Certified manufacturing Organizations” in ICTACT Journal of Management Studies, Chennai, Vol 06 – Issue 02, Page No. 1208 – 1213, June 2020
4. Dr Suryakumar N Khanai published an article entitled “Influence of Branding on rural youth adults Consumer Buying Behaviour” in Belagavi district karnataka in Journal of Education: Rabindra Bharati University Kolkata bearing the ISSN: 0972-7175 Vol.: XXIII, No.: 9(I), 2021. The journal is a UGC CARE Approved, Peer Reviewed and Referred Journal.
5. Dr Suryakumar N. Khanai has participated and presented a research paper titled “Quality Management Standards and Performance of MSME: An Empirical Study”, at the INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE (Virtual) on “INFUSING COMPETITIVENESS IN INDIAN MSMES” on 04-05 December, 2021. The conference was organised by Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDI),Ahmedabad and sponsored by Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (IC Section), Government of India.
6. Prof Vishal Bogar and Prof Vishakha Nadgir presented a research paper in a National Seminar on the theme “Impact and Influence of Ukraine and Russia War on Indian Foreign Trade on 25^th June 2022 and won first and second prize respectively. The event was organized by KLS GCC Belagavi.
7. Dr Suryakumar N Khanai, has published a research paper entitled “Exploring Service Quality Dimensions and Customer Satisfaction in Star Hotels”, in RVIM Journal of Management Research published by R V Institute of Management, Bengaluru, Vol. 14 – Issue 2, Page No. 15 – 21, December 2022.

The following are the recent research paper publications by the management students;

1. Ms Isra Sahar of MBA Second II semester batch of 2021-23 has presented a research paper in a National Seminar on the theme “Impact and Influence of Ukraine and Russia War on Indian Foreign Trade on 25^th June 2022 and secured second prize. The event was organized by KLS GCC Belagavi.
2. Mr Kedar patil, Mr Rahul Ubale and Mr Prasad Kulkarni of MBA second semester batch of 2022-24 have presented a research paperentitled “Influence of Employer Branding on Employee Satisfaction in an International Conference organized by Canara Bank School of Management Studies Bangalore in  association with Padmashree Institute of Management and Science Bangalore on 21 July 2023.
